Wood Destroying Organism Inspections: This is a professional inspection, by a licensed WSDA structural pest inspector, for evidence of wood-destroying organisms and conditions conducive to wood-destroying organisms. End-of-warranty Inspections: Before your new home’s builder warranty expires a professional home inspection by Mission Home & Pest Inspections LLC may reveal system problems and/or construction mistakes that the builder may be responsible to repair. Diagnostic & Forensic Inspections: Partial inspections to diagnose specific problems are also available. Perhaps your roof has begun to leak and you don’t know if you need an entire new roof or just a patch; or perhaps your basement floor is suddenly wet and you can’t find where the water is coming from or don’t know how to stop it; or perhaps you hired a contractor to construct an addition and his work seems questionable to you so you would like the work evaluated before you release the contractors next draw. I can investigate any of these areas and more. I will let you know the source of the problem as well as recommend a course of remedial action for you to follow. Billing for this service is at an hourly rate ($75.00 per hour plus travel if outside my normal service area) and reports maybe field notes or typed narratives at your request. |
